For optimum battery performance, we recommend calibrating the new battery after replacement. Fully charge the battery to 100% and continue charging for at least 2 hours. Then use the battery fully until the phone switches off and charge it again to 100%.
The battery should be used to 25% or less before replacement. A charged lithium battery can catch fire or explode during repairs if it is punctured by a sharp tool during the process.
